With an MBA in finance from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and, earlier, an engineering degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Mr. William E. Barker has personally led acquisitions; brand development; innovation initiatives; private equity, project and venture capital investments; strategic business development and turnarounds.

Mr. Barker has held the positions of President, Managing Director, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in affiliation with or on behalf of Blackstone, Bank of America, Caisse de Depot, Continental Airlines, GE Capital (where Mr. Barker spent most of his professional career), IBM, InvestCorp and others.

In his current capacity as the founder of Barker Consulting Partners, Mr. Barker leads a team of savvy financial, marketing, legal, operational and strategic professionals capable of meeting the full range of challenges that business leaders face.
